This consultation includes:

•  A comprehensive sleep questionnaire for you to complete prior to the consultation
•  A 30 minute phone consultation to discuss your unique sleep goals, talk about the problem you’re facing and how to help you achieve your sleep goals.
•  After your call, you’ll receive a customised, detailed sleep plan for you to follow step by step with an age appropriate routine and any relevant PDFs to help you achieve your sleep goals. 
• 1 x email to ask any questions about the sleep plan
• 1 x follow up email to be used within 14 days of consultation to troubleshoot.
